Our annual Open House is this Wednesday, August 14th @ 6:00 in the GYM. There will be a concession stand to support our 8th graders. We will have special guests speaking to the community. For our 8th grade parents a mandatory meeting @ 7:15 in the 8th grade room while the rest of the parents will visit their kid's classes.
Friday, August 9th is our first day of school we dismiss @ 3:00 p.m. Below are our 3:00 dismissal bus route times.

We also said "Happy Retirement" to Mrs. Laura Soto this year, who has been with Dateland School for 33 years. Laura started as an aide and then became a teacher, coach, athletic director, and curriculum coordinator. Mrs. Soto wore many hats. She will be greatly missed! We wish you a happy retirement with your family!

Mrs. Martha Yardley-Jones has been our role model, friend, Teacher, administrator, and Superintendent for 41 years. Martha, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your guidance, love, support, and endless dedication to Dateland's staff, students, and community! We hope you enjoy retirement, your family, and the beach. You will be greatly missed daily but your empowering strength will forever be instilled within us! Thank you!
