Good afternoon!
Tomorrow, Friday, April 18th, is not school. We are observing 'Good Friday'. We wish you a wonderful Easter with Family and friends.
ST Math uses interactive, visual puzzles and challenges to teach various math topics. These SIX students knocked it out of the park! They worked extremely hard and were devoted to completing the many islands and journeys to finish the task! Congratulations!! #STMath WE ARE SO PROUD!
We have 2 soccer games this month! Come out to cheer on your favorite athlete!
AASA writing assessment today!! We started off strong with our annual Pep Assembly and encouragement from Mrs. St. Clair and Mr. Thimell! 🐾
We are having our AASA (Arizona’s Academic Standards Assessment) 3rd–8th-grade writing test on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. We are dismissing at 3:00 p.m. that day to allow extra time for our students to write and not be rushed! Please make sure your child is well-rested! We've been prepping for this all year! It's our time to shine!
Happenings this week:
Monday - Continuing our spring break! NO SCHOOL!
Tuesday—Our School Board Meeting—Please know you are always invited. If you're interested in attending, it begins at 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday - Note the change in DISMISSAL TIME - 3:00 P.M.. We have our AASA testing this day. The later dismissal time is to allow extra time for our students to finish their tests.
Thursday - Our 3rd graders are taking an Oral Fluency test.
Friday - Our 8th graders will take a trip to AUHS for their sports physicals.

Our happenings this week!
Tuesday & Wednesday - 5th and 8th grades take the Arizona Science Test! It is vital to be at school on those test dates.
Friday - we dismiss school @ 12:30 as we begin our spring break! We are also having a special presentation of Public Safety Day! The activities and knowledge presented promise to be fantastic! We are so thrilled!
Look at the #STMath Rockstars! These outstanding students finished the journey ahead of schedule. Liliana, Orlando & Sebastian worked day and night to complete the thought-provoking math puzzles. We are extremely proud!
Happy Sunday! This week, we have two basketball and baseball away games. On Wednesday, the games begin at 2:00 at Mohawk Valley School, and on Friday, the tournament is also at Mohawk Valley School, beginning at 9:30 a.m.

Tuesday 2/18/25 is PICTURE DAY. You can bring a change of clothes to change into.
They will take sports pictures. Remember to bring your game clothes or uniforms, and our cheerleaders' cheer outfits.
