Our friends at the East Yuma County Optimist Group celebrated these two students, one from Kinder and one from First grade. Their teacher chose them as class leaders we well as peer role models. We are excited to watch you both grow !

We are SO ready for this test! We've been working extremely hard to prepare! Please make sure your child is at school these days. We sent home our testing calendar before spring break. We have AASA testing Tuesday 4/16, Thursday 4/18, Tuesday 4/23 & Thursday 4/25.
Our spring break begins Friday, March 29th, and lasts until Monday, April 8th. We start back to school on Tuesday, April 9th.

Our annual school Spelling Bee competition will be held Thursday, January 18, 2024 @ 10:00 a.m.
Grades 3rd - 8th will compete to see who will represent Dateland at the Yuma County Bee.
(Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to change from Wednesday to Thursday) JOIN US THURSDAY! PARENTS ARE INVITED!
On Monday, January 15, 2024 we will no be attending school. We have that day off to observe Civil Right's Day.
